BookaNexo is a platform that allows users to:

• Track gaming matches and statistics
• Create and join gaming groups
• Connect with gaming centers
• Schedule matches and reservations
• Compete on leaderboards
• Share gaming achievements

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Gaming Centers

Gaming centers can create profiles and manage their facilities on the platform. Centers are responsible for the accuracy of their information, pricing, and availability. BookaNexo is not responsible for the quality of services provided by gaming centers.

7. Reservations and Payments

When making reservations through the Service:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Cancellation policies are set by individual gaming centers
• BookaNexo facilitates but does not guarantee reservations
• Disputes should be resolved directly with the gaming center

Direct equipment rentals are available only to users who are at least 16 years old. Users under 16 may rent or provide equipment only when an approved BookaNexo service center manages pickup, return, condition checks, and deposit handling.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BookaNexo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall BookaNexo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
